If you are not happy with a course you bought, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only given for courses that you have not started or accessed.
If you have a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription, you can cancel anytime. However, we do not give refunds for the remaining time in your subscription. You can still use the service until the end of your billing period.

We may deny refund requests if we suspect fraud or misuse. Refunds are also not available for courses bought through third-party websites or special promotions.
